Commissions are one of my favorite ways to express the vision of others as well as my own. For this reason I am always booking new commissions even if this means the results are sometimes several months out. I take these requests on a first-come first-serve basis and add each client to the calendar accordingly. When I am ready to begin working on the concept art for a commission, I will schedule a Zoom or phone meeting with the client to discuss any key elements important to the piece and make many of the visual decisions. After this initial call, I’ll share updates and allow for any change requests as that time. Once I have completed the commission (usually between 2-4 weeks) I’ll confirm the final design with the client before adding sealant and packaging the piece for safe shipping. I try to keep lines of communication wide open between myself and the client to be able to capture their vision for the outcome.

Murals are an excellent and unique way to bring life and interest to a space. The mural process requires a lot of detailed discussion, planning, and physical labor in order to ensure the best results.
